Our terms and conditions

1st. validity

Deliveries, performances, offers and other contracts of the company commercial agency Matthias Doll are

These conditions also apply to all future business relations even if they are not agreed on again particularly.

2nd. revocation and right of return

We give a revocation right to our customers.
A revocation does not require any grounds
There is not the revocation right on deliveries/performances:

3rd. guarantee

Obvious damages in transit must be notified of to the delivery person at the reception
The product delivered to the customer by us has to be checked for obvious defects by him within 2 weeks.

If possible, you use the original packing at returns.

4th. supply

Our offers are without engagement.
Information about prices is non-committal if nothing else is expressed in writing.

5th. delivery periods and delay

Delivery periods are non-committal as far as nothing else is expressed.
Partial deliveries are permitted.

6th. dispatch and danger transition

With handing over of the shipment/performance to a haulier of our choice the danger changes on the buyer.

7th. prices and payment

All prices are in euro plus the respectively valid legal value added tax
Price quotations can be in addition carried out in DM. This is particularly then noted down.
The delivery is carried out by debit note, cash on delivery or cash in advance as far as no other modalities of payment are agreed.
The direct debiting is 3 days after the product has left our store carried out at debit note.

10th. in writing, separability clause

If a regulation in these business conditions or a regulation should be or get ineffective in the context of other agreements,
then the effectiveness of all other regulations or agreements is not touched by it.

11TH. PROTECTION OF DATA PRIVACY

We oblige each other to adhere to the prevailing regulations of the data protective right strictly. This concerns particularly
the tele-service data protection law (TDDSG) and the medium service international treaty and the Federal Data Protection Law BDSG (.)
We save and process customer data only in the context of the business relations between the customer and the company Pfalz4u.
The deletion of address data requires the in writing. The request for the deletion must be transmitted by the person concerned even to us
